How to Use Flavorwood
Flavorwood is extremely easy to use. Simply peal off the side and top label and place under the cooking surface, as close to the center of the cooking area as possible. Make sure that the can does not have direct contact with flame, for this could super heat your can and reduce the smoke time. Close the lid and allow approximately five minutes for the can to start smoking before placing food onto the grill. You will see smoke pouring out of your grill when the can is ready. Place your food onto the grill, avoid placing any food over the can due to drippings my flare up and super heat the can, as well as the food directly over the can's smoke column will be over smoked.
On grills that Flavorwood can not fit under the cooking surface, or grills that have a non-removable flavor bar, place Flavorwood on to the cooking surface and allow a few extra minutes for the can to start smoking before cooking.
When the Flavorwood can no long produces smoke, simply place the cooled can into your recycle bin.
