For Apple Smoked King Crab
3-5 Pounds King Crab Legs and Claws Frozen
1 can Flavorwood Apple
Heat grill on high until can begins to emit smoke. Cook crab 5-8 minutes per side until thawed. Turn off heat under crab and leave heat on high under Falvorwood can. Allow crab to "cold smoke" in covered gril for 1/2 hour.
For Cilantro Lime Butter
2 stick butter
Juice 1 lime
3 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Melt butter over low heat, skim off foam and solids. Add lime juice and cilantro mixing well and heat until warm.
Crack the crab, dip in the butter and enjoy!
