[size=14px]Ingredients:

4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, pounded to an even 1/2-inch thickness
Olive oil
Fine Kosher or sea salt or dry rub (see below)


Grilling Instructions:


1. For more even cooking, using the edge of a saucer, the bottom edge of a soup can, or a kitchen mallet, pound the chicken breast, starting in the middle and working toward the sides, until it is an even
